install
1. check the belt wheel groove to ensure that there is no scar or edge. All the dimensions are up to standard.
2. clean all parts surfaces, such as hub holes, taper sleeves, screw holes, etc. Fit the cone into the pulley so that all the screw holes are aligned.
3. screw on the installation holes on the screw (TB 1008-TB 3030) and thread (TB 3525-TB 5050), but it will not be tightened temporarily.
4. clean the surface of the drive shaft, push the belt wheel with a cone sleeve to the predetermined position on the shaft to see if the triangle belt wheel is aligned.
5. when the keyway is used, it must first be inserted into the hub. There must be some tolerance between the keyway and the hub.
6. use the six angle wrench that meets the DIN911 standard and tighten the bolts of each mounting hole gradually and evenly until the torque shown in the following table is reached.
7. check the tightening torque of the bolt after short time operation (0.5 to 1 hours), and tighten it again if necessary.
8. in order to prevent invasion of foreign matter, fill the hole with grease.
Disassemble
1. unscrew all bolts, remove one or two bolts according to the number of dismantling holes, use oil to lubricate bolt pattern and bolt tip, and insert bolts into the dismantling hole.
2. alternately tighten the bolts until the taper sleeve and the pulley are released.
3. remove the cones and pulley from the shaft.
